  • Why might the actual amount received differ from the amount transferred when depositing fiat currency on EX.IO?

    EX.IO does not impose any deposit fees. However, when you initiate a bank transfer, both your remitting bank and the intermediary banks involved may charge relevant handling fees, which could lead to the actual amount receive being lower  than the amount you transferred. Please consult with your bank for details.
