Why does my fiat withdrawal order appear successful, yet I have not received the funds?

When a fiat withdrawal is shown as successful, but you haven’t received the funds, it usually means EX.IO has processed the transaction successfully.  However, factors such as the risk control of the receiving bank, automatic refunds initiated by the receiving bank, or refunds requested by you may result in this situation.
