When withdrawing fiat currency, the bank account holder of the receiving bank account must be the same as the EX.IO account holder. Currently, withdrawals are only permitted to whitelisted fiat accounts, which are bank accounts that have been successfully funded and automatically added into the whitelist. Withdrawals to unapproved banks are not allowed and non-whitelisted accounts cannot receive withdrawals.
Please note that if your fiat withdrawal fails due to non-compliance with the platform’s rules and regulations, EX.IO may request relevant documentation to ensure the secure withdrawal of your assets. EX.IO reserves the right to interpret these rules, and they may be adjusted dynamically according to business needs.
