The failure of your deposit may be attributed to the following reasons:
1) Your remittance bank is not a qualified jurisdiction permitted by the Hong Kong Securities Futures Commission. Please refer to Which countries and regions that permit fiat deposits and withdrawals?
2) The initial deposit for each of your bank accounts must be no less than HKD 10,000 or USD 1,400. Deposits lower than this amount from a new bank account will be considered a failed deposit.
3) Your deposit originates from a third-party transfer; EX.IO only accepts transfers directly from banks.
4) Your deposit account is a joint account. While it can serve as proof of assets for PI users, it cannot be used for deposits.
5) The name on your bank account does not match the name registered with EX.IO during KYC verification.
