What is the requirement of identification documents and address proof?

Identification documents should be the international standard passports, and government-approved ID documents.

  • The document needs to be within the validity period.
  • The document must have a clear and complete barcode.
  • The selfie photo on the document must have clear features and outlines.
  • The content of the document needs to be clearly legible.
  • The ID must not have reflective spots or stains.

Residential/corresponding address proof must be within 3 months from the date of completing the application form (i.e. utility bill, bank statement, or correspondence from a government agency)

  • The address proof shows the client’s name matched to the name of ID.
  • The address proof information matches the client’s address.
  • The address proof show all four corners of the page.
  • The address proof must not be tampered with, forged, or photoshopped.
